I checked the water levels on Lake Norman today. The lake is up by nearly two feet from December 2007 levels. Still about five feet from Duke’s target levels, but still an improvement. According to a recent report in the Charlotte Observer, Pulte Homes, developer of the Del Webb communiites for active adults over 55, is reconsidering it’s planned community in Lincoln County.
